Where Is Ciroc From and What’s Its History

The Ciroc brand has permeated the vodka industry with its unique flavours and smoothness and has become a name to be reckoned with. Its origin dates back to its production in France in 2003, encompassing alcoholic beverages that include brandy, vodka, and other flavoured products that contain vodka. Ciroc is one of the many brands owned and distributed by Diageo, which is one of the world’s largest alcoholic beverage makers.

Jean-Sébastien Robicquet is the Master Distiller of CÎROC and has earned that title not only because the Cîroc House has been in his family for more than 500 years, being born from generations of distillers, but also because of his commitment to the production of superior products through his expertise combined with his education as an oenologist by earning his Oenology diploma (1988) and a Master’s degree in Law, Economics and Management of the Wine Industry (1990).

Distillation process

While other vodkas are made from grain, Ciroc Ultra-Premium Vodka is distilled five times from the finest French grapes in a process that rivals the very best and provides a distinctive flavour and fresh taste. It is also gluten-free.

The grapes are carefully selected during harvest and are made into a wine which is then distilled in column stills four times. The fifth distillation is done at the Maison Villevert Distillery in the south of France in traditional copper pot stills. All of this is done to provide that exceptional feel and taste that’s unique to Ciroc.

From the distillation process to the expertise and experience offered by the Master Distiller, you are assured of quality and superior products from the Ciroc brand. Grab one today and enjoy it with friends.
