The Campari Bitters is an Italian bitter liqueur aperitif created in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in Milan, Italy, which he flavoured with an array of 68 herbs and spices. In addition to the herbs and spices, he infused fruit and plants in water and alcohol which resulted in a complex and rich aperitif with a bittersweet and astringent flavour that mixes perfectly in cocktails. Bitters are created from bitter ingredients, these ingredients include herbs, roots, barks, fruits, seeds, or flowers. Bitters are becoming more popular in Nigerian lounges and bars majorly because of their relatively low pricing and various health benefits. Some of these health benefits include;
