The Hennessy Margarita Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1-part Hennessy cognac
- 1.5-part aged tequila (preferably tequila reposado)
- 1-part orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 0.5-part lime juice
- For the garnish: Lime wedges
Instructions
- Take a lime and cut it into fourths.
- Pick a lime wedge, then run the lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
- Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt.
- Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.
- Place the Hennessy, tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously until cold.
- Strain the margarita into the cocktail glass with the salted rim.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy!
